Youth Employment and
Career Exploration
Through its Job Readiness Training Program, Madison prepares young men and women for the competitive job market. The curriculum includes workplace etiquette, interviewing skills, resume writing and how to dress appropriately in a professional setting. This program, for members aged fourteen to eighteen, is modeled after the Boys & Girls Club of America's "Job Ready" and "Career Launch!" programs.
